What is worse for your health, coffee or diet soda?
Coffee with one cream and one sugar, or regular diet soda which one is better for weight loss or healthier overall?

All foods in moderation are O.K.

Sugar free sodas can be good because they are low-cal. But the artficial sweeteners could raise your blood sugar levels and make you hungrier than normal and make you eat more snacks.
Caffeine free coffee is great with one cream and sugar. Has no side effects.
Regular coffee with creme and sugar, could speed up weight loss with the caffeine, for two days or so because coffee drops water weight. But it might make you jittery.

I would go with green tea. Or a Juicy Juice drink pouch.

  2. Neither if you want to diet!! water is best…

    But if I to chose… coffee of course. Even though it has calories, it offers more nutrienal value than diet soda which has none.

    Coffee at least gives you axiodants that boost your memory. And it can give that jolt of enery if you need it in the late afternoon or early morning.

    Studys also show that all those artificial sweeteners in deit sodas add to the waist line in stead of helping you lose weight. And all the acid in drinks corrodes your enamel on your teeth and who wants bad teeth??? Good luck.

  3. Coffees not good for you period :P But recently diet soda has been reportedly making people gain weight not lose wieght due to some chemical.

    I would say coffee is healthier just because it hasnt been stuffed with as many chemicals. Its still harmful.

    The best thing for weight loss is water!

  4. coffee is better than diet soda. coffee in moderation is good. coffee has some antioxidants that helps stimulate your brain. diet soda doesn’t help at all for dieting. even if you take diet caffeine free soda, it would make you think that its better than the regular. but it’s not.

    if you want to lose weight, just drink water, juice, or tea and stay away from sugar(lots of carbs) and salty foods(it retains water in the body). also, eat whenever and whatever you want to eat. starving yourself doesn’t going to make a difference. it’s just going to make you more hungry and eat more.
