How do you make coffee from coffee beans?
I’ve only ever drunk instant coffee and i’m far from a coffee connaisseur but I’d like to know more about coffee…. so if anyone would be able to tell me how to make coffee from beans that would be great… do I need a machine or is it just like instant? Thank you

most grocery stores have a machine that will grind your coffee beans for you. They do have to be ground up before you make the coffee.
if you buy whole bean coffee, you need a coffee grinder, then using a coffee maker, put filter in add coffee, fill tank and brew, or you can buy ground coffee
You buy ground coffee or have the clerk grind your beans for you.
You buy a coffee pot and coffee filters. Fill your coffee pot with water and pour into the carafe (ie coffee machine) put the filer in the basket. Put 1/4 cup of coffee into the basket. Insert in the coffee machine and press the on button!
You may want to adjust the amount of coffee you use to your tastes.
If you already have the coffee beans, you will need to buy a coffee grinder, electric is the best. If you have not purchased the beans, you can grind them in a special grinder at most food markets. Then, you will need a drip coffeemaker. For 10 cups, fill the coffeemaker with cold water to the line, put an appropriate paper filter into the coffee filter, add 1 T. ground coffee per cup then brew. That’s it!
Go to Target and get a coffee grinder. You just put the beans in and grind them. After that, you have to make the coffee in a coffee maker. Make sure you have a good drip coffee maker, and get the correct filters for your type. Add the water, and decide how strong you want it. Follow your own taste on this, some people like it strong, some not. Fiddle around with it a little, and decide what you like. I use about 1/2 cup of ground coffee in my 12 cup maker. It is about medium strong. You will never go back to instant! By the way, if you do not want to go to the trouble of grinding the beans, just buy the coffee already ground, or grind it at the store.
Coffee beans need to be ground to a consistency that will work with your coffee maker. If you have an automatic or you are a coffe snob (like me) and have a percolating coffee maker, you need to place the grounds in a filter add water and turn it all on. This site has step by step directions:

please make sure that the beans are roasted first
