Has anyone thought out the coffee benefit/risk analysis before drinking?
I understand coffee has some risks and benefits. I can’t make up my mind whether to continue this intake daily or quit cold turkey because some people are opposed to this drink.
I really don’t get addicted; I can quit cold turkey, but I have it ingrained in me that coffee (caffeinated or decaff) is actually good! Now, how is anyone going to convince me out of this?

Drinking coffee in moderate amounts is more that ok. Try not to over load on sugar and cream though. Those are the real down sides to coffee.
Personally, I love my coffee. It’s my only vice, and a much less destructive one that smoking.

i don’t drink it anymore because i’m pregnant & the caffeine & possible dehydration isn’t good for the baby.
