West Linn, OR (PRWEB) November 8, 2010

Many are turning to low acid coffee or coffee additives. An increasingly popular option is JAVAcid.coms easy-to-use packets of all-natural prebiotic fibers, calcium, vitamin D, and licorice/DGL. These are ingredients known to naturally reduce upset stomach, promote healthy digestion and JAVAcids single-serve packets have no flavor or calories. Now, millions of people worldwide suffering reflux disease (GERD) and body pH imbalance can enjoy the pure flavorful taste of any coffee or even your favorite latte by using JAVAcid single serve packets.

Are the acid levels rising in coffee thus causing more stomach reflux? Not really, but the types of rich blends sold today are changing. For example, among independent coffee shops the market is shifting to 31% of espresso-based drinks while the rest is brewed coffee. In particular, specialty coffee sales are increasing by 20% per year and accounted for nearly 8% of the $19 billion dollar U.S. coffee market in 2009.

To the average consumer espresso may appear to be a simple drink but in reality, it is a highly complex product. The ingredients in total may be derived from over 1,500 chemical substances (approximately 850 volatile and 700 soluble), and when prepared correctly involves 13 independent chemical and physical variables.

Today, we find the basic Western diet is largely composed of acid-forming foods such as proteins, cereals and sugar. Alkaline-producing foods like vegetables are typically eaten in much smaller quantities. Stimulants including tobacco, coffee, tea, caffeine and alcohol can cause body acid imbalance. In addition, our fast-paced lifestyle increases stress often causing acidification. Body pH imbalance may cause frequent occurrences of stomach upset, producing more stomach acid and hindering your body's pH neutrality.

JAVAcids patent-pending formula includes fiber and Calcium Carbonate and other ingredients that work together in any coffee drink helping maintain the bodys ideal pH alkaline (7.35 – 7.45) balances. Results below or above this range due to coffee acid and other foods may result in symptoms of GERD and even bone loss due to the bodys use of calcium reserves to fight an over acidic condition. All natural JAVAcid is a blend of powdered ingredients that support the body as it continually strives to balance pH.

Some suggest that regular and decaf coffee can reduce the pressure on the valve between the esophagus and the stomach. This could allow the acidic contents of the stomach to pass up to the esophagus, leading to heartburn and gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD). With Americans increasing consumption of coffee, it is no wonder JAVAcid.com users enjoy the all-natural, easy-to-use and healthy alternative to low acid coffee everyday without compromising their flavorful rich coffee experience.

In the United States today, Spanish is almost as prevalent as English. You’ll very often hear English messages repeated into Spanish. So it’s a great idea to learn and include Spanish into your life. But a lot of people have difficulty with learning new languages. Life as an As an Expat Woman is a whole lot easier when you speak the language. Here are a few useful ideas and tips that will help you if new languages are a bit difficult. Hiring a tutor is a great idea. Books and CDs can be great. But a tutor can help you in ways that a book or CD cannot. Language tutors need to be fluent in their language. A tutor will be able to teach you the dialects in the language being taught. Learning the local dialect of a place you may be visiting really will help you with interacting with people. What’s important is that a tutor will help you to understand the casual use of certain words. A book or CD will normally teach the formal usage of language. A tutor can teach you slang! Whenever you can, start to think in Spanish rather than your native language. It may not be easy when you first try, but take any thoughts you can and turn them into Spanish. You won’t be able to do this very well at first, but be patient. Periodically throughout your day ask yourself how you would say the words you are thinking in Spanish. This is something you have to practice regularly to get comfortable with it. You’ll find that the internal translation starts to get easier. At some point, you will become so accustomed to this that you won’t even have to make an effort; you’ll just find yourself thinking in Spanish. If you know how to think in Spanish you can work on saying those thoughts out loud–the key to truly interacting in Spanish. Immerse yourself in the language. Are you close-by any area where the spoken language is mainly Spanish? A very good way to learn is listening to fluent speakers converse. You may find a lot people really are happy to help others communicate in Spanish. You’ll be able to practice Spanish without traveling to some place far away. There are lots of reasons to learn another language but figuring out the best way to learn that language can be tough. You may consider buying a language book from your favorite bookstore. You can get to know people who speak the language, or you can take a class. There are so many alternatives for learning Spanish. Be sure to have lots of fun!
