Can Coffee benefit your Immune System?
Coffee is a stimulant and stimulants speed up the body’s activities, therefore, it must speed up the progress of the immune system right?

Not in that way. But coffee’s full of antioxidants which ARE good for your immune system (it contains more than green tea actually).

I don’t believe coffee benefits your immune system at all.
Standard caffeine is pretty bad for you and the chemicals they use during the decaffeination process are very bad for your health.
The very best ways to benefit your immune system is through consuming fresh raw fruits and fresh raw vegetables, and some herbs.
For Example: carrots, garlic, ginseng, ginger, citrus fruits, broccoli, dark leafy greens, cats claw, vitamin d from natural sunlight…etc…
Plus you need to limit your intake of unhealthy mineral depleting products, such as, caffeine, sodas, sugar, flour, smoking, artificial sweeteners…etc…
